I ordered this yukata and received it in two days. It was a bit large, so I emailed for a return authorization and received a reply within a few minutes. I sent the robe back and received the smaller one in just a few days. I am so impressed with the service. The exchange was simple, easy to understand, and no questions were asked. They even shipped the new size robe for free. You don't find service like this very often. By the way, the yukata is beautiful, and the smaller size fits me perfectly.
